Could you say this?

- The person with the most money will buy lunch.
- The sport I am best is football.

Can you use stress like this?

- He is stressing about the exam.
- He's stressing more and more as the exam nears.

Anytime/whenever

- He's next door whenever/anytime I need him. I can go get him.
