Sundry the coleus leaves

Hi,

Today I picked some coleus leaves, grown by me in an organic way, and gave them to two Mormon Elders, and told them how to eat them. One of the methods is to sundry them before putting them into a cup of boiling water like brewing a pot of tea.

Is there anything wrong or no good with the bolded part in the above? Correct me if I am wrong. Thanks.
