Summertime-me

Quote: Mom (to young son): Well look at you all dressed up in swim shorts, sunhat and goggles.
Son: Summertime-me waits for no man. I'm about to hit the beaches.

A few questions if I may:

1. Should “Summertime-me” be hyphenated?
2. Is this particular use of ”me” classified as Standard English?
3. If non-standard, would “Summertime-I” be better or worse (and still non-standard)?
4. Is it an example of illeism?
5. How would you explain this usage of “me” to an ESL student? (Or where would they look on a pronoun table to determine case and person?)
