Is it OK to say the least sumlphur and the most sulphur? It sounds a bit odd to me, but I couldn't think of another way of putting it.

The least amounts of sulphur are found in the lighter fractions as opposed to the heavier fractions (bitumen, fuel oils) which contain higher (or 'substantially higher') percentages of sulphur.
