Sullen, grumpy, sulky

hello. i'd like to know if i got this correctly. is it correct to say that "grumpy" and "sulky" are both "sullen" moods or states of mind, meaning that sullen embraces the other two words, and that grumpy is more like a sullen resignation, and sulky is less passive? thank you.
