Suitable wording

I have translated a document from English into Chinese.....(I'm not a translator)....And I'm preparing to pass it to a register translator for comment and rectification. Should I use the wordings of "rectification", "proofread" or "comment" or ......if I want him to correct the document if there is sth wrong. How to express it more politely? Thx!

I suggest Please edit this. Proofread/commen t do not clearly involve making corrections. Rectification is not a suitable word at all.

I agree with Clive. I think by saying "edit", you are implying that you are not all sure of your work. That's the immediate feeling I got. I would say " please comment and make changes as necessary...".
