suitable for him

suitable is a adjective or a verb here? Is "suitable for him" as attributive here? Does "I will make a helper suiting for him" make sense?

"Suitable" is an adjective here. It may be clearer if you rearrange the words: "I will make a suitable for him helper."

"I will make a helper suiting for him." is ungrammatical. "I will make a helper suiting him." is okay.
