Suitability

Hi,

Is it necessary to use the word "suitability" in the sentence below? Is there any correction needed.

"Driving simulators can be considered as the most suitable research environment for studying the drivers' mental workload. The reasons for this suitability are the flexibility and safety of simulators."

Thanks!

I assume you mean the underlined word. No, you don't need it. But the whole text seems wordy.
