Suggestions for my Application Letter please

Hello, this is Firat from Istanbul, I have recently graduated and looking for jobs abroad. Could you do some suggestions for my application letter please? Thanks in advance.

Dear Sir/Madam,

In response to your ad on Monster.com, I wish to apply for the position of HVAC Engineer in your company. I feel that I would be a suitable candidate for this position with my solid educational background and strong desire to pursue my career in HVAC field.

I believe that my Bachelor’s Degree from Istanbul Technical University’s Mechanical Eng. Dept., which is one of the most respected universities in Turkey in terms of Mechanical Engineering education and it is an ABET accredited university, has provided with me strong analytical skills, which would help me a lot in dealing with complex engineering problems. Besides basic mechanical engineering courses, my coursework also includes Thermodynamics, Heat Transfer and Applied Thermodynamics courses. With these courses I gained a considerable basic knowledge on HVAC Engineering.

Moreover I have already gained some international experience, which I believe would help me a lot in adapting to the work environment in your firm. I had my last internship in Sao Paulo, Brazil. There, I worked in an international environment, I explored a new culture, and I think this experience had significant contribution to my life perspective and values.

Although I am a recent graduate, I believe my solid educational background combined with my hardworking, self-starter work ethic, I would be able to contribute to your firm in a short time.
