0 To me, a "suggestion" is more "dicreet" than a proposal. Don't forget "proposal" also has the meaning of "asking to marry", and "suggestion" can also be "a state induced by hypnosis". 02br 00When you propose something, it's more "formal" than when you suggest it. 0-

If so, i dout that. to me, proposal is more like something you arrive at after careful study. for instance, a legislation committee may put forward a propsal for enacting a law. suely they should have worked a long time on that. dont u think so.? 02br 02br 00by the way, does proposal collocate with for or on or..... 02br 02br
