Dear teachers, these day I have tried my best to learn writting skill. I recognise that this one is very difficult to study.
And I wrote a letter below but do not know whether it is right or not, please check my letter and help me to correct it.
Thanks in advance.
Dear Sir or Madam.
I am belong to the English group which usually use your hall for our appoitment every week. For a long time we have used your department, all of us are very satisfied and have intened to continue the contract for long term target.
But I have heard that the rent for the hall will double next month. This thing make us consider so much. After discussing this problem altogeter, we sugget you that we would pay the charge with a price between the old and the new price. Furthermore, we commit to rent your hall at least the next three years.
Please do not hestitae to contact with me throung my cell phone number and via email whether you agree with our suggestion or not.
We look forward to hearing back from you.
Yours sincerely.
John
