Suggest my friend show

Hello,

Is my sentence correct?

I would suggest my friend show that he is a reliable person, so his employer can count on him to deliver a good job.

Thank you for your time and effort.

Hi, I assume you don't really wish to use would here, but I'll go with your choice anyway. I would suggest my friend show that he's a reliable person, so his employer would count on him and offer him a better job. Here is another version: I will suggest my friend impress his loyalty upon his employer, so that he might appear a reliable person who deserves getting a better job ( formal ).

Yes, but I would add 'that':

I would suggest that my friend show that ...

It's optional, but I prefer it after 'suggest'.
