Suggest

I haven't seen anything last year, that suggest you have what it takes. Or

I haven't seen anything last year, that suggests you have what it takes.

WHy is it suggest and not suggests? Where is the plural?

Suggest and the comma are wrong. Also, don't use the present perfect with definite times in the past.

Yes, that's the more likely meaning! I guess the erroneous comma steered me the other way.
