Can I use this construction in the following context:

Push forward the inserted thread in the second needle so far that thread retainer loop is sufficiently passed.

It's not a very good construction, no. I'm trying to imagine the action you're trying to describe. Maybe this: Insert the thread into the second needle, and push it through until it passes the thread retainer loop.
