12. EXT. DOWNING STREET. DAY
There are a lot of people and press outside 10 Downing Street. Out of the car comes the new prime minister. He waves, huge cheer. In his forties. He's an attractive man. He enters, the door closes behind him.

13. INT. 10 DOWNING STREET. DAY
Suddenly silence and formality inside in comparison to the chaos outside.
There to greet him is his personal advisor, Annie, strong and intelligent looking.

I'd like to know if "there come" is omitted before "suddenly."
