Are the following sentences grammatically correct?

"Suddenly Kevin begins to have a flashback, living again a moment of 1988. He is sitting in the street steps, were he was eighteen, and looks at the building of Kelly. Each time the entrance of the building opens, Kevin gets anxious waiting to see Kelly come out of the building."
