Such that...

there are not many foreigner in my country, hopefully, through this forum my question can be answered.

1. The demand for the book is such that they are all sold out in all book stores.

2. Such is the demand for the book that they are all sold out in all book stores.

Are they both correct? Thanks.

They are both correct. I would choose #2 because the reader understands the grammar of the sentence sooner. I would make some other small changes: 1.
