Which one is right?

"I can make many types of cakes, such as banana cake, chocolate cake, and red velvet cake."

"I can make many types of cakes; such as banana cake, chocolate cake, and red velvet cake."

"I can make many types of cakes. Such as banana cake, chocolate cake, and red velvet cake."
