Such a tiny kitchen vs. so tiny a kitchen

The question below is from a test for Taiwan Police College.

The answer seems like (D) .
[There's no anwer, though.]
But I don't see why (B) is wrong.

Since there usually is only one answer in a mutiple-choice question, this question seems odd to me.

Can you help me?

well the obvious correct answer is "such a tiny kitchen" Why? because you need an article wich in this case in "a" so (A) and (C) are wrong. and (B) as well as are both wrong structures!

B is not wrong, but it is seldom said like that. It's rather literary in style. Policemen are unlikely to speak that way!
