What is the reference term for "such things/such a thing"? "They/it"?

Something like this:

Those are his words, yes. That's what he said. And such words will help you later in your life. You will be surprised that your life becomes much richer because of such words.

I don't think it's really good to repeat "such words". Is it possible to replace the second one with "them"?

If it's not about the exact words he says, but about the same kind of words or expressions, I think the first one should be "such words" rather than "they"; I wondered what would happen when it was repeated.
