Dear friends,

Could you please let me know the meaning of 'succeed with the same ease'? Does it mean that people have the same opportunity to succeed without any discrimination?

Here's the complete sentence:
In my brand/ function/ market, men and women succeed with the same ease.

Without seeing the full context (e.g. whether *** discrimination has previously been mentioned), is not possible to be sure how much reference to *** discrimination is intended. It could be as you say, or it could be that men and women succeed with equal ease for some other reason, e.g. because the nature of the business suits both sexes equally.

Not many context I can provide. This is actually an employee survey performed by their company, asking how the company performs against their competitor, employee career development, base salary and the like.

I agree with your second option, probably more related to the nature of business.
