subtitles or not

0 Hello everybody I have a question when you watch movies in english it's better to watch them in subtitles in english or spanish or without subtitles.. as well another question how to learn pronunciation better? I am going to an english school but my teachers are mexican I dont trust in their pronunciation.. some of them have bad pronunciation.. I am sure about that I hope your help in my questions 0-

0 I prefer English subtitles. I've tried but I really can't catch much without subtitles. I found myself less dependant to the subtitles compared to when I used subtitles in my mother tongue. And, I can understand better. I'll try to avoid subtitles when I can understand better... 0-
