Subordinators for adverbial clauses—given that, now that or in case?

___ everyone is given such a good chance, he will surely be devoted to doing it well.
A. Given that
B. Now that
C. In case
D. Even though
I've been limited in resources for a couple of reasons, I therefore put this questions to online helpers. The only knowledge I can think of is that if "in case=if" I will tend to choose C, hoping my judgement would not confuse you. Could some experienced speakers show me a standard answer?

chenyizhou Could some experienced speakers show me a standard answer? The original sentence is poorly conceived, probably by a non-native speaker, but roughly speaking, A, B and C are all possible.
