Subordinate clauses

Are these all comma splices, or is not/now etc subordinate marker.


Please don't vandalize the park, that gives such a bad impression.

The guards had fell asleep, now it was his chance for freedom.

She had won the lottery, not that it made any difference in her life.



I'm not trying to frighten you, just warning you not to to leave. (Is just a dependent here)

I think the first one is ok and the last example but the two in the middle are comma splices. But it is the main subject not (not) or now.


He helped her take her shopping to the car, not even so much as asking for credit in the process.

We would use a comma here but it's a dependent clause so is it desirable with a comma for contrast and the nature of 'not'.
