Constant crackdowns on drug smuggling have forced drug lords to adopt extreme measures to survive. In one incident, a tailor-made submarine was seized for trafficking tons of cocaine and five sailor were detained.

Are there any mistakes?
Thanks.

New2grammara tailor-made submarine
"tailor-made" is certainly acceptable here but I think I would like "purpose-made" or "custom-made" better. "tailor-made" just doesn't seem to fit well when talking about a submarine.

Essentially, they're the same. I imagine that many people think of clothing when saying 'tailor-made', whereas 'custom-made' is more generic.
