Sublet

I want to sublet my apartment. How would I say this in past, present & future?
Help appreciated.

I disagree with the past tense...

"sublet" is a derivative of the word "let" meaning to rent. The modern past tense of "let" is "let", not "letted". Actually, "letted" IS an archaic past tense, but look how awkward it is:

"I letted you my upstairs room." ( I think we can all agree that no one talks like this)

So it follows that the past tense of "sublet" is also "s

On second thought, I think my way of looking up the Dic needs updating though. - tt - in the Dic is meant for the continous form of the verb, not for the past tense or past participle. Sorry about that
