Subjunctive&Conditional.

Hi there!=) Cant get the difference between these two things... I know that they can be Past, Present and Future(Subjunctive)... But what and where is used. I mean what is used in subordinate clauses and what is used with "I wish..."
If you manage to understand me, so, please, help me! I need it badly
