Subjunctive or not

Hi. Which is correct? Are both correct? I think the word "advised" triggers the subjunctive (if I am not mistaken). Could we say the same for the words "recommend" and "urge"?

What do you advise them do (to do??)?

He advised them do (to do??) the cleaning.
