Subjunctive mood of wish

As the formulas for the subjunctive mood of wish, I leared (1) I wish (that) S + past tense (2) I wish (that) S + had p.p (3) I wish (that) S + would/could/ should. In (3) is might the verb included? I mean can you say I wish (that) S + might

Could you help me clarify it?
