Subjunctive Mood in informal conversations

Hi, my question is...is the Subjunctive Mood crucial even in informal speech? Or do native speakers disregard that when it's not on a formal level?

How do most native say it when it comes to everyday informal conversations?

Is it

A. I recommend that he borrow the money sometime next month
or B. I recommend that he borrows the money sometime next month

A. It is necessary that Ms. Wade be transferred to another department
or B. It is necessary that Ms. Wade gets transferred to another department

A. I asked them not buy the tickets
or B. I asked them not to buy the tickets

A. I suggest that you not be angry
or B. I suggest that you do not be angry

Thank you
