Which is correct?

1 Q1 : Mum, what are you cooking (tonight/ today)?
A1: Rice with fish curry.

2 Q2: What do you cook, mum? (should I capitalised "mum"?)
A2: Rice with fish curry.

3 Q3: What are we having for lunch, Mum?
A3: Rice with fish curry.

4 Q4: Mum, what food will we eat today?
A4: Rice with fish curry.

5 Q5: What will we eat today, Mum?
