Subjunctive mood

I am trying to categorize all possible cases of usage of the following construction. Could you tell me if they are correct and if I have missed something

I take two verbs here - to do and to be and go with them through all possible constructions.

Present

It is important that he - do it, does it/be there - or - did it/be there - or - will do it/be there

Past
It was important that he - do it/be there - or - did it/be there, was there - or - would do it/would be, be there

Future
It will be important that he - do it, does it/be there - or - did it/be there, was there - or - be there, would be

+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

It is important that he - will, would, might, could, can, should - do it.
