Please tell me if I edited this sentence correctly:
Original:
If Company A have succeeded in establishing forms of regulated flexibility at workplace level, then this will give some indication as to how....If on the other hand, there are blank areas in the workplace regulation..., then they probably constitute the tip of the iceberg and are symptomatic of the experience....

Changed to:
If company A SUCCEEDED in establishing forms of regulated flexibility at workplace level, then this WOULD GIVE some indication as to how....If, on the other hand, there WERE blank areas in the workplace regulation..., then they WOULD probably constitute the tip of the iceberg and WOULD BE symptomatic of the experience....
