Subjunctive?

Are the following examples grammatically correct? Can they all be used for the present and for the past and for the future?

The following refer to subjects all males.
For example:
If I were a girl ...
If he were a girl ...
If she were a girl ...
If we were ...
If they were ...

How to construct verbs to describe unrealistic wish?
Does the format apply to all subjects, be they he, she, we and so on? If you know of something I can read on the net, please let me know of the URL if it would save you writing it up. Thanks a lot!

They are all grammatically correct, but "If she were a girl" doesn't make sense because you said the subject in each example is male. If I were a girl implies but I'm not (or but I wasn't ). If he were a girl implies but he's not (or but he wasn't) .
