Subjunctive

I know all of these sentences contain a subjunctive but i'm not quite sure what the difference in meaning is.
a) I wish there were nothing more to say.
b) I wish there was nothing more to say.
c) I wish he would come in time.
I'd be more that happy if anyone could help me! Thanks!
