subjunctive?

I think, as I said repeatly before, that a Bible verse might not be a good source to ask grammatical question, but since it is my reading staple, I wish you would answer some questions on the subjunctive, including a question that involve a Bible verse.

I think it is might be correct to say that a sentence that conveys a wishful thinking triggers the subjunctive mood. Does that any sentence that has the phrase 'I wish' or 'I wish that' in an active role?? is the subjunctive?

I wish I had more money.

I wish I can fly.

I wish it were red in color.

As to the Bible verse, in John 3:2, it is written:

He came to Jesus at night adn said, "Rabbi, we know you are a teacher who has some from God. For no one could perform the miraculous signs you are doing if God were not with him."

Is this in the subjunctive?
