Subject/Liable

1 "Violations are punishable by fines."
2 "Violations are subject to fines."
3 "Violations are liable to fines."

4 "Violators are punishable by fines."
5 "Violators are subject to fines."
6 "Violators are liable to fines."

Could some of them be nonstandard English?
