subject verb agreement in song

Sia's song titled 'Fire meet gasoline'... why not 'meets'? isnt's the title incorrect?

Top answer

No, the title is fine. It's an ironic (and figurative) introduction of fire to gasoline, putting the verb in the imperative mood.
