Subject-verb agreement for uncountable noun

I still don't understand about measurement of uncountable.

When we use:

Two cups of coffee. . .

Two glasses of milk. . .

Two slices of cake. . .

Two pieces of paper. . .

etc.

as a subject of sentence, what verb do we use? singular verb or plural verb?
