Subject-verb agreement

Hi

Please advise me regarding the subject-verb agreement in the following sentence:

"Finally, PSPI-310 exhibits good thermal stability and thermomechanical properties because of its chain extended and cross-linked structure."

Many thanks for your help in this regard
