I have this example:
"I shall need your place and date of birth, your car registration number, and we should be able to have an account verified within 14 days. Subject to status."

What does "subject to status" mean here?

Depending of the progress in the investigation
or:
Subject to the verification of your status of citizen of that country, as Clive says.
