Hi! I would like to know who was the victim of something, how may I ask?: "Who happened it?", "Who it happened?" or "Who it happened to?" .. What are correct?

None of those are correct. You can say "Who did it happen to?"

I think none of them is correct . you can either say " Who was the victim? or " Who did it happen to? "
