subject pronouns

the subject pronouns are "I, you, she, he, it, we, you, they". Is this list exclusive? Is it possible for other words to act as a subject pronoun?
For example -

He said he will take her dancing at the new club; then they will go to the new coffee shop. You know the one? It’s in the market square.

Or the word "place" could be used instead of the word "one".

Thanks for the help!

No. Your list is only the personal pronouns. There are other classes: indefinite, interrogative and demonstrative.
This, that, these, those, everyone, someone, any, some, ...
