Subject or object and who/whom/that/which in an example sentence

Hello,

What is the subject and object in the next sentence?

"Do you remember that girl from yesterday?"

I thought the subject (you) is not present in the actual sentence and that "that girl" is the object of the verb remember.

And If I wanted to provide a more elaborate description of the girl, would I have to use who instead of whom because that girl is the object of remember but NOT of the verb work?

"Do you remember that girl from yesterday who works in a laboratory?"

And is it grammatically correct to use that instead of who?

So "Do you remember that girl from yesterday that works in a laboratory?"

Thank you.
