Subject of participles

Hello....

You have been given to each other that love might be extended, not cut off from one another.

***********

In the setence above, what is the subject of "not cut off from one another"?
Is it love or you or both, or ambiguous?
It's very esoteric but what is the native's sense without much backgrouind knowledge?

pructus In the setence above, what is the subject of "not cut off from one another"? Excellent question. I would label this a pathological example because it doesn't say what it intends to say.
