Subject of a house

Hi

Is this a natural dialogue between A and B?

(Two people are talking about someone's newly-constructed, beautiful house. The house looks very simple but beautiful.)

A - Simplicity seems to be the main subject of his new house. Right?
B - Yes, simplicity plus beauty.

Thanks,

Tom

My friends and I don't express ourselves in such an elegant and literary style.

(I think you meant to type 'subject' instead of 'theme'?)

Indeed, I did. Thanks!
