Subject is + a noun + to-infinitive

The following are of my own making.

1. This parting is sorrow to experience.
2. This movie is boredom to watch
3. This riddle is difficulty to solve.
4. This poor service is inconvenience to take.
5. This test is a piece of cake to pass.

I'd like to know if I can use my examples.

Sentences #1 & #5 is acceptable, though both would sound better without the infinitive at the end.. The others aren't. Each sentence is sets up for a subject complement.
