subject and verbs

"Multi-site organisation receiving hardwood logs and sawn timber, manufacturing timber products and by-products (woodchips and sawdust), and dispatch of products."

I guess "organisation" is the subject of two verbs (receive and manufacture). But I have a problem with "dispatch." Should "dispatch of products" be changed to "dispatching products"?
Thanks.
