Subject and Verb Identification

Here is the sentence that I must identify a subject and a verb. I think I know what it is but this is for an exam, and I want to be sure I know what I am doing.
" The world(S) does not(V) much like curiosity."

Is this correct incorrect? If someone could advise me and explain this to me I would be very grateful.
