Here I would certainly choose 'are', because 'everything' to me is many things. However, it is many native speakers' habit to use the phrase 'and everything' as a sort of 'ritual tag' (my coinage) which does not carry much conceptual meaning. Therefore, 'is' does not seem terribly incongruous in your sentence. 'Location and everything' is the subject in any case.
